Return Methods
At Blue Star, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer a straightforward return policy for items purchased from our parts store. If you purchased an RV accessory, major appliance, TV, or furniture via special delivery, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
For items purchased from our parts store, returns can be made in two ways. If you're located within the United States, you can return the item in-person at our store. Alternatively, you can send the item by mail to our return center. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and include all accessories that came with the item. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns of plumbing or electrical products, as well as any merchandise that is missing the original receipt.

Our team is well-equipped to handle deliveries across different states, ensuring that your RV arrives at your doorstep in excellent condition.
We also offer delivery services to Alaska and Hawaii, and we make special considerations for these locations. If you're in Canada, we have you covered too. Blue Star provides all the necessary paperwork required to go through customs, making it easy for you to receive your RV. We even offer Canadian financing through Canadian RV dealers based in Canada, so you don't have to worry about the financial aspect of your purchase.

Our dealership specializes in international deliveries and has a wealth of experience in providing top-notch brokerage, transport, and financing services.
