Great team of folks at Blue Star RV! Our sales rep - Josh Aldrich was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The entire staff upon delivery of our "Previously Enjoyed" Motorhome went smooth. Ryan one of the techs did a detailed walk thru of the unit and explained everything we needed to know. Jared in finance was great and made the buying process easy. We look forward to future travels.

He was knowledgeable, respectful, responsive, a great listener, and took care of every detail for us. It's a relaxed sales approach which we appreciate. Wouldnt have any trailers or RVs serviced anywhere else beside here! Blue Star Rv is incredible! Service department knocked it out of the park when servicing our unit. Fixed all repairs and items of concern that we had requested even though we didnt purchase it there! They got us in quickly and had the unit back sooner than anticipated! Everyone was extremely friendly and great to work with!

This is my first time purchasing a travel trailer or camper and the folks here were incredible. Very personable, friendly, up-front, and took all of my questions happily. We live out of state and was in the process of purchasing a motor home from Michael. We put a deposit on the motor home but then unfortunately had to back out. Michael was very helpful throughout the whole process and refunded our deposit. I think Blue Star would be a great place to buy a RV vs some of the very large chain dealerships.

Absolutely amazing customer experience, from start to delivery. I had been following Blue Star on Facebook for a few years often window shopping, while browsing one day, an RV that suited my exact needs popped up, and I started the conversation. The communication was great, the sales team listened to every need I conveyed, and answered every question I could come up with. The purchase process was painless, and quick. I had questions about the finance and other contracts and they were explained very detailed and thoroughly to my benefit. Because my job has me tied up pretty much 24/7, to say I was worried about the delivery process would be an understatement. The delivery process was as smooth as silk, the gentleman that was doing the delivery of the RV treated it as if it was his own, contacted me the morning he was hooking up and heading out, and then when he was getting into my area so I had adequate time to leave my work area and meet him at the RV site. He also took time to explain things regarding towing, what to look for, and what to look out for. I can't say enough great things about the team at Blue Star RV, I just wish I could give them more than 5 Stars...

Great communication from the start. Brandon was great about sending me detailed pictures, and documentation I needed to get my loan approved in a timely manor. Great experience all around. Vehicle was as described, if not better. Unlike previous vehicle buying experiences, where dealers dont show or tell you about blemishes or issues with the vehicle. Brandon was very transparent. Worth the 2.5 hour drive.

We drove almost 6 hours to purchase our camper from Blue Star Rv. Our salesman Brandon was very responsive in his communication with us providing additional pictures and information making us comfortable driving so far taking a chance. We recently purchased a motorhome from Blue Star. it had a problem no one anticipated that required a technician with loads of skill to solve. The entire team bent over backwards to get the parts, install and fix. We were stunned that they stayed late and got up early and spared nothing to fix it immediately. What a team and what a great business model they have. It is truly a customer first operation.
