We just purchased a toyhauler from Blue Star Rv. The service was excellent no high pressure sales . These guys do a great job. Josh walked us through the whole rv testing everything and explaining how it worked. Absolutely wonderful buying experience! Michael Coron was a very patient salesperson who let my wife, and I spend two hours checking every detail of our motorhome. We took a twenty-minute drive to make sure my wife was comfortable driving the coach. Coach was prepped excellent, absolutely spotless inside and out. It was what convinced us to buy, attention to detail.The closing was very nice in that there were no upcharges or other surprises. No pressure offers of extended warranty, and they even filled the tank for the trip home. If we buy another RV it will be from Blue Star! And by the way we love our Minnie Winnie!

Found exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a Diesel pusher class A motor home but do not want to spend over 200K. Found this great 2006 Fleetwood Providence 39S listed for 69,900.00. I called and spoke with Ed told me RV was in GREAT condition. Low mileage and hours. We did some initial negotiating and agreed if everything worked I would get it for 65,000. I flew from DC area to Michigan! When I got there I was not disappointed what a beautiful coach. After though inspection we found several house item issues. (it is a old house after all). I expected repairs and maintenance on on older coach. Spent three days there living in my soon to my RV while the "McGiver" Mr. Troy of RVs went though and fixed everything he could. In the end Blue Star dropped my price to 61,000. I have since spent another 10K in repairs and maintenance (had to replace Refrigerator).The three days I was there I felt like I made some long time new friends. They even housed (provided a hookup) for a family who's 5th wheel generator went out. The family was there a few days waiting on repair man they finally swapped out a generator from one of their sales trailers so the family could get back on the road!Thanks Blue Star RV I LOVE my coach!!John
I highly recommend this place and give it 5+ stars!We totaled our van just before Christmas, and although they specialize in RVS, they had a conversion van available for purchase-just what we needed. We worked with Mike and he was so great with communication and availability with texting and phone calls, even with it being in between the holidays. Before we picked up the van, they replaced some parts to ensure it was in tip top selling shape. On New Years Eve, they had someone come in early to ready the van for us and meet with my husband for purchase.Unfortunately, on our way home, the front end axles and ball joints went out. Blue Star RV paid for the parts and the labor for them to be replaced! Two weeks later, the van was still undrivable and yet needed some more work and Blue Star RV sent us another check to cover some of the parts and labor.We could not have been happier with the friendly and helpful customer service, along with extra payments for work on the van. Had they known about this mishap before the purchase, Im positive it would have been taken care of.We would not hesitate going back for an RV or van purchase in the future and we hope to be able to work with them again. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for all your help during such a stressful time for our family!

This was a great find while searching for a different RV. The staff was great. Brandon was our helper. The best part I liked from the start. He showed us which RVs were available. He left us to look around. He didnt act as if we were going to steal like the big guys. Im fed up with the big guys BS. They get your number and hammer you to death calling you day and late evenings. These guys never called unless we wanted them to. They have beautiful RVs and were very professional about how they operate. The guy selling to financing to delivering they walked you through it. No pressure done towards us. I highly rate these guys a five star company. They will be going far in their business for a long time. On our next purchase in time . We will be at Blue Star again. We bought a beautiful 2021 Montana 5th wheel. Love it guys. Thanks

Excellent customer service. Top notch dealership.I contacted Brandon (salesman) to get details on a 5th wheel camper they had for sale. Being 800 miles away I was unable to take a look at the trailer myself, but Brandon did tons of legwork taking photos, videos, answering lots of questions, and ultimately showing/ telling me everything I needed to know to feel comfortable making the purchase, even texting and calling after normal working hours throughout the whole process. Their financing was also excellent and they work with you to make sure payments are where you want them to be. The team at blue star RV had my (new to me) trailer delivered to my door (800 miles) within a week. Brandon even followed up to make sure I was happy with how everything looked after delivery. Wouldnt hesitate to refer anyone to this dealership and will shop here in the future if ever in the market for another RV. 5 stars! Thanks Brandon/blue star RV.
