Blue Star RV, in Holland Michigan, is a great place to purchase an RV. I purchased a 2014 Forest River set up for a single old bachelor. They put all new tires, new batteries, new TV, new recliner , and oil changes for the engine and Generator. I had to go to Michigan from Cincinnati twice during Tulip Festival period, but I believe it was worth it. Brandon, Jarrod, and a force of techs worked with me to get the RV ready to head south. Ive included a picture of the RV ready to head to Cincinnati from Holland Michigan and a picture of it in its new winter home in Marianna Fl.Next trip to San Diego in August.You cant go wrong making your next or new RV purchase at Blue Star RV IN Holland Michigan. We were looking for a certain camper for the past several years and saw that Blue Star RV had one advertised on Facebook. Problem was, they were located in MI and we live in WI! Started working with Mike, the sales person by text and email. It was listed as "like new" and the pictures certainly represented that. After discussing the purchase price, trade value and "other additional fees", we committed with a down payment. Then we worked with Jared, the Business Manager to get a final purchase agreement and delivery date. So on Thursday we headed to Michigan! They had no problem letting us park our trade in camper in their lot that night. Friday morning we arrived to find our beautiful "new to us" camper inside and ready for us to tour. The pictures didn't do it justice! We spent about 2 hours with Josh, the service person, going thru the camper and learning all about it. This was very important to us and was the main reason why we chose to drive there and pick it up ourselves. It was worth the drive thru and around Chicago! Josh was very knowledgeable and was very patient as we asked lots of questions. There were lots of little extras that we didn't expect; i.e. - 2 full LP tanks, a new battery, Armour all on all the ties and even the hitch was freshly spray painted! No surprises, no extra charges and no hidden fees. While I finished the paperwork with Jared (he provided a very informative and low-pressure explanation of the extended warranties) my husband and Josh adjusted our sway bars and hitch to make sure our new camper would tow safely home to Wisconsin. There were two minor problems with our camper; a broken tab on the fuse panel prevented it from closing, and a missing remote for the fireplace. Definitely not a deal breaker, yet on Sunday a box was delivered to our house and inside were a new panel and remote! We have purchased many vehicles, atv/utv, boats, etc. and this was by far one of the best experiences we have had. The Blue Star Team are an outstanding group of people. We have no problem recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a camper!

We purchased a 2022 Heartland Cyclone from Blue Star RV. This is our first toy hauler. We drove 9 hours one way to look at this in March. We were doing a trade in. Blue Star let us camp in their parking lot overnight. The next morning we looked at the toy hauler. The tech went over things with us. We saw some things that needed to be fixed while we were there. They made a list for us and said these things will be fixed. Once we got home and was able to really look at it we found a few more important things that we didn't know to look at. My husband called them and they said send pictures. We will honor these things. So my husband did send the pictures and they have honored everything that they said they would. Their staff is so friendly and helpful and the fact that they kept their word about making everything right is astounding in today's society. If we ever purchase another RV we will definitely be back to Blue Star RV.
