I will never buy an RV from anyone other than Blue Star RV. The team was absolutely amazing from the initial contact with Ed, and Brandon patiently taking me through the buying process all the way from California. Brandon thank you for taking such good care of me even working around a trip to Australia. The finance process was so smooth with Jarrod and I can't say enough about the delivery driver Jack. Jack took time to teach my son and I about the toy hauler and how to properly maneuver hooking up. What a first class team. You are now my go too for friends and family for any rv purchase.

Process for them buying my trailer couldnt have gone any better. He showed up on time, made the offer, and we accepted. Money transfer was incredibly smooth. 10/10 buyer.

We were looking for a specific toy hauler and found it online at Blue Star RV. Since we live 5 hours away Mike reached out and answered all of our questions. He even answered questions when he was at a social event. He said to call anytime!!When we picked it up, my husband had forgot the brackets for our hitch and they gave us some that they had left over.Jared in the finance department was easy to work with and explained everything.Josh who gave us the walk through was awesome!! He explained everything to us about our new RV.If youre looking for an RV look these guys up, theyll treat you right!

We were casually looking to upgrade from our Class C to a Super C and Blue Star RV had the exact one we had decided on for months ago. Brandon and Jared made to whole process so easy. We put a deposit to hold it and as soon as we could drive out from New York to make the trade we did. It was even easier when we got there! Josh went through the whole camper with us and answered all of our questions. The Super C was gone through with a fine tooth comb and in top notch used condition. All of the seems were recalked, brand new tires all the way around, they replaced all of the batteries (not just one or two, at least 6), and greased everything underneath. This is just a few things they did, I know there is more that I am forgetting. The cherry on top was that you could not beat their pricing!! They will have our business for life! Completely worth the 7 hour drive out there!

Absolutely outstanding experience! We have owned several travel trailers (from several dealers throughout Michigan) and were ready to transition to a motorhome. We did a significant amount of research on modelsand dealers. Blue Star not only lives up to their exceptional reputation, they exceed it. From Sales (Mike) to Finance (Jared) to Orientation/Service (Josh), they were like buying from family. I'm a female and first time RV buyer and I love my gently used 2021 Toy Hauler. The owner and employees at Blue Star RV were exceptionally accommodating and helpful! Ed, the owner, even spent his Saturday morning training me to drive my RV. They worked with me on obtaining financing and insurance. I drove away very pleased with my experience. From the beginning to the end all the people I dealt with were very fast and friendly at responding or answering my questions! The owner Ed actually drove 11 hours straight to my shop in Nebraska to deliver personally and hung out for a hour giving me a full walk around of our new camper. They gave us a fair trade for ours and he hauled it away. Very impressed compared to other dealers Ive dealt with.

We worked with Brandon from Blue Star RV and had a fabulous experience. We are 1st time motorhome buyers and have been looking for 2 years trying to find a motorhome that would fit our family. Jared and Brandon made the process easy and we couldnt be happier! No high pressure sales techniques! You can tell that the people here treat you like family instead of a quick sale!

So we found the camper we wanted online and contacted Mike at bluestar. After taking with him on the phone and getting a few photos we wanted to see he set us up with Jared to work through the financing and getting a price for are trade in ( which was more that we was expecting) everything was set up and ready for us to drive almost 500 miles to make the sale complete and pick up are purchase. Everything was exactly what we was told and shown through pictures and ready for us to do are walk through. Even after they realized that there was a few issues with my trade in, they still stood up to there trade in offer. The whole purchase process went great and quick. All they staff that we dealt with especially Mike and Jared where fantastic. Will definitely go back again when we decide to upgrade!

My lovely wife and I purchased our long time dream fifth wheel from the Blue star RV team yesterday! The entire process was wonderful. Everything was communicated very well and in a timely manner. Everything was simple from the beginning. A video call, and a few discussions. Paperwork was easy, and the transaction went smooth. All staff we dealt with were great, super nice. Overall, great experience, would definitely work with them again!

Not often in this world do you find the best prices with the best service/customer service. Any questions I needed answers to were answered. On a few occasions I needed to reference pictures and they were happy to help with that as well. Clean facility, well spoken courteous employees. On top of all of this is was the promptness, never during the purchasing process did I fell that I was being forgotten. This is what good business should look like. 10/10.

The wife and I purchased our new to us toy hauler from here. We found this location from Facebook and followed them for a while. We started actively visiting dealerships for a couple of months before finally making the drive to Michigan. We are so glad we did, because their selection of RVs are great and pricing is appropriately giving. The whole team there were great from salesman to the techs. We had some delay with picking it up due to manufacturers parts delay. The team there made up for my delay in possession with expert customer service. I highly recommend if you are in the market for an upgrade visit Blue Star RV! Thank you to everyone that was involved in our purchase, Brandon, Jared, Josh, Troy, Nikki and Ed Geerlings!
