This was a great find while searching for a different RV. The staff was great. Brandon was our helper. The best part I liked from the start. He showed us which RVs were available. He left us to look around. He didnt act as if we were going to steal like the big guys. Im fed up with the big guys BS. They get your number and hammer you to death calling you day and late evenings. These guys never called unless we wanted them to. They have beautiful RVs and were very professional about how they operate. The guy selling to financing to delivering they walked you through it. No pressure done towards us. I highly rate these guys a five star company. They will be going far in their business for a long time. On our next purchase in time . We will be at Blue Star again. We bought a beautiful 2021 Montana 5th wheel. Love it guys. Thanks

Excellent customer service. Top notch dealership.I contacted Brandon (salesman) to get details on a 5th wheel camper they had for sale. Being 800 miles away I was unable to take a look at the trailer myself, but Brandon did tons of legwork taking photos, videos, answering lots of questions, and ultimately showing/ telling me everything I needed to know to feel comfortable making the purchase, even texting and calling after normal working hours throughout the whole process. Their financing was also excellent and they work with you to make sure payments are where you want them to be. The team at blue star RV had my (new to me) trailer delivered to my door (800 miles) within a week. Brandon even followed up to make sure I was happy with how everything looked after delivery.
