Best experience we have ever had with any dealership. Our service started out with a video walk through with Mike. He was very professional and answered all our questions about the 5th wheel. Then when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by several friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. We did the final walk through with Troy. He took his time explaining everything about the 5th wheel. We never felt rushed. Troy and several other gentleman even offered to switch out the hitch for us when they realized the Gen-Y hitch was not going to work with our Volvo HDT. They completed the task and even offered for us to stay in our camper in their lot if we wanted to. Couldn't have had a better experience. While traveling in Michigan, I discovered my awning was starting to detach from my RV. Based on reviews, I came to Blue Star for assistance. Good choice! Their work was top notch, staff was very helpful and friendly, and they had me back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend this business.

Michael went above and beyond to help us find the perfect 5th wheel for our needs. Trading in our old camper was so convenient and easy too. We also greatly appreciated the orientation they gave us before pulling away with it, they took the guesswork and manual reading out of the equation.

I could not be happier with my purchase. I was on the hunt for a 5th wheel camper to live in full time. A friend recommended Blue Star RV. I worked with Mike, Jared and Josh. What a team! They had all the answers and got my paperwork rolling fast. I was able to pick up my new home on wheels within a couple weeks. Mike made it easy and was open about everything (no salesman tactics), Jared was straightforward and worked with the banks to get my payments low. Josh made it stress free with a walk around tour that they recommend I record for future reference. If youre worried about what hitch to get, they have people for that. Look here first!

They were very prompt with responses to the many questions that my wife and I had before, during, and after the purchase. We appreciated the time they took with us on delivery day showing us all of the features with our unit and hooking up the new hitch to our truck. Working with Ed was very easy and hassle free. They took my C8 Corvette z06 on trade for a very nice Toy hauler Camper. The trading process was very easy and they handled all the paperwork professionally and effortlessly for me. The camper is exactly as described and they even offer to haul it to my cabin up north. I recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a toy hauler camper, they have a large inventory of campers in every price range. 10/10 in my book! They even threw in a nice shirt for my wife and I.

Blue Star RV, in Holland Michigan, is a great place to purchase an RV. I purchased a 2014 Forest River set up for a single old bachelor. They put all new tires, new batteries, new TV, new recliner , and oil changes for the engine and Generator. I had to go to Michigan from Cincinnati twice during Tulip Festival period, but I believe it was worth it. Brandon, Jarrod, and a force of techs worked with me to get the RV ready to head south. Ive included a picture of the RV ready to head to Cincinnati from Holland Michigan and a picture of it in its new winter home in Marianna Fl.Next trip to San Diego in August.You cant go wrong making your next or new RV purchase at Blue Star RV IN Holland Michigan.
