Id give ten stars if I could- What an awesome experience we had from beginning to end- we have a large family with kids from high school age to toddler and Matt helped us find exactly what fit our families needs. After visiting other dealerships in the area, I was blown away by the difference in service at Blue Star, if you want an awesome experience start with them. Ill be referring friends and family!

Mike was very easy to deal with and offered a fair price for our 2022 5th wheel. Stephanie followed up and made the paperwork seamless and quick. The funds were transferred to our bank in a very quick and efficient manner. I highly recommend dealing withBlue Star RV

Great dealership! Mike, our salesman, was very helpful with all of our questions. Although it was a used fifth wheel, they prepped it as of it was a new unit and Josh walked us through all the features and options so that we were familiar with everything before we took it home. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for an RV!

Matt and the guys at Blue Star went above and beyond to get me in and out. Picking me up from the airport to an extensive walk through of the whole coach. A1 product and customer service. Customer for life !

My experience with Blue Star R V was very good. I had my rv for sale in Wisconsin. Once they saw my posting I got a phone call from them. They are located in Holland, Michigan. They offered me my full asking price. I was a little leary that this might be a scam. After some checking. It turned out very legit. They walked me through the paperwork. Everything went quite smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. They sent a driver to pick it up at my home. The whole process took less than a week.

Customer service is a 10 stars! Mike let us use his own car to go get some lunch while we waited for our truck to get back! And everyone went above and beyond to make our purchase easy and informative. Aces in our book!

We bought our "new to us" used camper today. Mike was very personable and not one of those pushy types. He gave us facts and answered all of our questions. Jared handled our paperwork very quickly and talked us through everything. Josh gave us a tour, showing us exactly how everything worked and answered our questions without rushing us. The entire staff was awesome and friendly! We had an issue with our 7- pin trailer plug that caused one side of our lights to not work, making our 1 hour drive home a problem. They diagnosed it for us and even went to pick up the part! Thank you Blue Star RV for putting us first! ROCK ON MIKE!

I was very skeptical selling our rv for my mother online . Mike agreeded to a video call to show us the showroom and the business and stephanie called when i was hesitant to send sensative information via email. The transaction went very smooth and the funds was in her account within a day. they eased my mind when i asked to have a call instead of email. this was by far the best experience ever. Great experience, from the start Brandon made sure all questions were answered, price and paper work were clear and straightforward no hidden fees or tricky negotiation strategies, fair price and excellent service. We had our unit delivered, Jack did an awesome job doing that, great service, and decent people. Highly recommended.

I was a little reluctant to sell my RV to someone over the internet, but this has been a very smooth and fair transaction. Mike and I spoke a few times on the phone, then I uploaded a few pictures and videos. He made a fair offer, and Stephanie from the office contacted me for the purchase paperwork. Once contract was signed, I sent a picture of the title, then she sent me info to wire transfer funds which I immediately received. They have now scheduled a driver to pick up the RV. I would definitely recommend Blue Star RV

So wow barely covers it!!Here we go:- Top notch presentation online that gave us the first look- amazing friendly quick responses from Matt by text- professional and friendly (and patient) walk through with Brandon- fantastic financing (better than any rate we could get from our bank)-clear and concise walk through with Jared on all the paperwork and fair helpful advise on add ons- literally as we are driving out we got to meet Josh as he trouble shot a braking problem with Brandon and Fixed it ON THE SPOT- clean organized shop with 5 star clean bathrooms (and their mechanics use it to clean up even with grease- cmon you never see this)- even a simple send-off picture forwarded to usIf we upgrade we KNOW who to call!!!(2 days later and they followed up on a New User question when we got lost- and helped us trouble shoot. Brandon again patiently stayed on the phone while I worked the problemDont go to the big box when you can get 5+ STAR SERVICE and amazingly kind people to get you out on the open road!!

SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! I cannot say enough great things about Blue Star RV. We came across them after viewing a post on a used trailer they were selling. Since we were traveling 2 hours away, we relied on their reviews and decided to make the trip. They do not charge service fees after the purchase, they walked us through the trailer for 1.5 hours going over little details, answering all our questions, not once did we feel rushed. Not only were they easy and fair to work with but the real service came in when we brought our 5th wheel home that night. Once at home we found it had interior damage, Blue Star (Brandon) immediately called us back and we made arrangements for repairs. They were under no obligation to fix the damage, the trailer was a used trailer and the warranty would not cover the repairs. Nicky communicated with us updates and sent pictures. They were patient with us when we could not get back to Holland right away to pick it back up. I highly recommend Blue Star for any new or used purchase, they stand by their products. A true 5 star rating here, a very reputable company with an amazing staff. I highly recommend!!!

Blue star RV is the place to go for all your camping needs. We had a great experience. They even had our windshield crack and replaced it for free while sitting in their parking lot we will definitely be back when its time to upgrade!
