We were pleasantly surprised to find this dealership after driving 3 1/2 hours to purchase a toy hauler from a private party, only to be sorely disappointed when we saw it! Blue Star RV had the toy hauler that we were looking for at the right price, and as a bonus..it was clean! They took the time to make sure everything was in working order and they even filled the propane tanks. We would definitely highly recommend Blue Star RV to our friends and family! From the first phone call to the delivery of our 5th Wheel this has been the absolute best experience!! We live a couple hours away and were offered a face time call to look at the camper first before driving all that way . The camper is exactly what we were looking for so we put a deposit down over the phone to hold it until we got there . When we arrived , they had the camper in a heated barn so we could take our time looking everything over!! Soo nice of them to go that extra step since it was freezing cold outside ! The buying process was quick and easy! Our camper was delivered within a few days! We will forever be a customer of blue star RV and highly recommend them to anyone we talk to! Where do I begin???? Everything from the first phone call was 100% top notch customer service. I own my own business and know that customer communication and customer service has kept me in business for over 20 years. We live in Arizona and at first was not sure I wanted to purchase a over the phone 5th wheel without seeing it. Ed has step up to the plate from day one and made us feel comfortable from doing our first facetime and showing us this beautiful rig, he was so detail and showing us small knicks in the cabinet ( which I did not care about) that is how detail he was. We seen the 5 star reviews and loved everything about his knowledge in RV's and decided that moment no time wasted to buy!!!!! Every single time we needed a answer we would call and he would always be right there to help with our answer. Carla was the best and patient with us . We are so excited to be part of the RV life . You will NOT be sorry to be working with Blue Star RV they are the best. Mind you we did scoop out places here in Arizona and found nothing to customer service like ED!!!! My wife and I are new owners of an amazing RV. We were new to owning an RV. Ed made things super easy with financing. Mike and Brandon helped make sure I was taken care of. They helped me understand the motor coach. They took care of every detail I was concerned about. Carla at the front desk was amazing helping me find resources to store my RV. I remember each of their names because their service was far above other locations. To compare them to other RV locations would be a disservice to this company because they far surpass them all.
This team is awesome. We had an electrical problem with our brand new trailer 800 miles away from Grand Rapids. Reached out to Blue Star RV. We did not buy our trailer from them. Blue Star RV spoke with us and gave us solid suggestions to trouble shoot. We have a Jayco Eagle 28 RSTS fifth wheel. Jayco was not helpful at all. Thank you Blue Star!!

I found the RV and a deal that I liked and called and gave a deposit over the phone on a Tuesday without a bunch of maybe after I talk to the wife or anything like that just a definite "I want it, here's my deposit", Ed agreed and accepted my deposit. Today was Saturday and I showed up at 10:00 AM with a cashier's check for the balance. The technician Michael was super helpful and even gave me some grease for the hitch ball before my 350 mile trip back home. I found a small deficiency with a broken break-away cable and Ed found a replacement in his parts department and gave it to me free of charge, the entire process couldn't have gone more smoothly.
Ed was very gracious and kind during my time of need, and saved my bacon!

Blue Star RV has made my family lifetime customers. We recently drove from WV to MI just to buy a toy hauler from Ed. He has a passion for stocking toy haulers and this immediately caught our attention because of how difficult it is to find well built used toy haulers anywhere. He has a tightly knit team that grinds to get their work done. Silas is a great guy that knows exactly how to find you what you need because he spends hours a day researching different RVs. Mike was extremely hands on and was able to walk us through our RV to show us the ins and outs. The receptionist was wonderful and entertained our children while we waited for our bank to handle financing. Ed was a true man of his word and I respect everything he has created at Blue Star. His time that he spent with us on FaceTime showing us options, bought us pizza for lunch, gave a fair negotiation, was honest about every detail on the camper, had a family oriented culture, and made us feel comfortable with our purchase every step of the way.
