Me and my wife bought a keystone cougar from blue star at the end of the winter. When it came time to take the camper out we noticed a few things werent quite right so we called them and they sent a very knowledgeable technician to our campground to fix our problems! Highly recommend!
Just bought our first camper from Blue Star Rv! Everyone was super friendly & helpful along the process. The owner negotiated the price fairly and was a great guy! They even did a bunch of repairs and had it all cleaned and ready to go for us. They included a full set up of some cleaning supplies and wheel chocks and even toilet paper and other supplies. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a camper! :) Thanks again!
I had a great experience. I traded in a Heartland Fuel toy hauler. I feel I got a fair trade-in price. I also feel the price of the fully painted Heartland Road Warrior I purchased was incredible. Ed the owner, and his team did everything they could to help me. They even let me camp overnight in the lot, hooked me up to power, and filled the tank with water so I didn't have to drive back across the state the same day. This was a great experience! I will be back for my next one in the future. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that is looking for a camper. Thank you very much!
It was a great experience with Blue Star RV. The entire team was extremely pleasant to work with. Super fast and super friendly. Even a few days after bringing the RV home I noticed a screen missing and a bull down shade. I messaged them on a sunday and Matt was already working on replacing those parts that evening. My wife and I are first time buyers of an RV and this group was the absolute best. Not pushy and very patient with us. 100% recommend them.
We just purchased a used 5th wheel from here and are very happy with what they have done for us. Let me start with, my husband was very hesitant to go look at the camper because of some of the bad reviews he read, and he told me it was my decision if I wanted to go. I said yes, there is never any harm in looking. It was a great decision. When we go there, Ed took the time to walk through the camper with us and then left us to continue looking at it. I like there was no pressure on making a decision. Once, we had finished looking at it, we did find some things that we felt like needed to be addressed. They made sure to document that in our purchase agreement. We went back a week later, and they showed us the items that needed to be fixed and they also found other things that needed to be fixed during the prep. Brandon walked us through all they had found and were finishing up fixing for us. This has been a great experience.I highly recommend this place.
Jared made the sale and financing really easy on our used 2012 Arctic Fox 990 camper. Brett and the service department prepped and corrected any deficiencies so the camper is ready to go. Great experience and personal service and communication.
Can't say enough good things about Blue Star RV!! From buying our Motorhome to fixing an electrical issue (bad cord). Ed and Mike when we bought, and Noel and Brandon for figuring out the bad cord everything was great!!

You won't find a better RV dealer. I drove over 500 miles to check out a camper. When I arrived my truck broke down so I couldn't pull the camper home, instead I had to rent a car. 5 weeks later I was able to return and the staff picked me up from the airport and took me to my truck so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back or rent another car. Their technicians are knowledgeable and make sure everything is working and you understand all the ins and outs of your purchase. 5 stars isn't enough for these guys.
