SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! I cannot say enough great things about Blue Star RV. We came across them after viewing a post on a used trailer they were selling. Since we were traveling 2 hours away, we relied on their reviews and decided to make the trip. They do not charge service fees after the purchase, they walked us through the trailer for 1.5 hours going over little details, answering all our questions, not once did we feel rushed. Not only were they easy and fair to work with but the real service came in when we brought our 5th wheel home that night. Once at home we found it had interior damage, Blue Star (Brandon) immediately called us back and we made arrangements for repairs. They were under no obligation to fix the damage, the trailer was a used trailer and the warranty would not cover the repairs. Nicky communicated with us updates and sent pictures. They were patient with us when we could not get back to Holland right away to pick it back up. I highly recommend Blue Star for any new or used purchase, they stand by their products. A true 5 star rating here, a very reputable company with an amazing staff. I highly recommend!!!
Blue star RV is the place to go for all your camping needs. We had a great experience. They even had our windshield crack and replaced it for free while sitting in their parking lot we will definitely be back when its time to upgrade!

My wife and I were very satisfied with Blue Star. Reading the reviews of other customers is why we decided to make the drive from the opposite side of the state. When we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and patience. Never once felt like we were obligated to go through with the purchase after having put a deposit down. Would recommend Blue Star if youre looking to buy a RV.
Worth the 10 hour one way trip! Ed was on point between his professional knowledge and product delivery. The camper was exactly as described. He didnt hesitate to provide extra services and request I had for the used unit which made the deal even better. To top it off, Service Tech, Aaron, was extremely proficient and went over and beyond to help get the unit road ready for the long journey back to TN.
